Daihatsu F55 1981 4×4 pickup is finished in white over black vinyl and is powered by a 2.5-liter diesel inline-four mated to a four-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Features include dual fender-mounted mirrors, top-mounted windshield wipers, cab protection bars, manually locking front hubs, 16″ steel wheels, and an audio system with a touchscreen, a reversing camera, and a remote. The truck is said to have undergone a cosmetic and mechanical refurbishment before being imported to the US in March 2022.
This Daihatsu F55 is now offered by our dealer with a tool kit and a clean UTAH title.
The truck was refinished in white during the refurbishment, and features include dual fender-mounted mirrors, top-mounted windshield wipers, a rubber bedliner, and cab protection bars.
Steel 16″ wheels are finished in black and are mounted with Firestone Destination A/T tires, and a spare is mounted beneath the bed. The truck features manually locking front hubs.
The interior features high-back bucket seats upholstered in black vinyl with gold accent stripes, and black vinyl covers the transmission tunnel. Perforated black vinyl covers the top of the dashboard as well as an overhead compartment that houses an audio system with a touchscreen head unit with a reversing camera and aftermarket speakers.
The two-spoke steering wheel fronts a painted metal dashboard fascia housing a 130-km/h speedometer and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows 94k kilometers (~58k miles), approximately 100 kilometers.
The 2.5-liter diesel inline-four was factory rated at 61 horsepower and 107 lb-ft of torque and sends power to the rear or all four wheels via a four-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Service in preparation for sale included performing an oil change.
